Just 30 minutes away from The Nightingale lies Wolf Creek Ski Area, best known for receiving more average annual snowfall than any other resort in Colorado, at about 480 inches per year. Wolf Creek Ski Area is known for its deep-powder skiing, friendly atmosphere, delicious homemade food and affordable pricing. Located in Southwest Colorado in the San Juan Mountains, Wolf Creek has been known for its uniqueness in the ski industry since its opening in 1955.
